It seems to me that WEB based productivity tools provide a collaborative tool for users to create group based spread sheets and documents, providing a handy tool for working in a group as opposed to PC based tools that are useful for individual work.

I can see how using the interactive tools available in 2.0 could attract young patrons and make the library more relevant to their lives.
